Habitrol 4mg MINT Gum
Habitrol is re-branded Nicotinell.
Habitrol Gum is a nicotine replacement gum, like Nicorette. As a NRT ( Nicotine Replacement Therapy) Nicotinell gum releases nicotine when chewed, which is then absorbed via the lining of the mouth. Habitrol helps reduce withdrawal symptoms some people experience while they are reducing your overall nicotine dose. Like Nicorette, Habitrol gum is safer than smoking because it does not contain other dangerous substances such as tar, which causes cancer and is present in tobacco smoke, nor does it expose you to carbon monoxide created by the burning of a cigarette.
We recommend that you start with the 2mg gum, although heavy smokers may need to use the 4mg to help beat the initial cravings.
