We aim to swiftly and accurately action and ship your order, correctly, first and every time. We have a three tier shipping structure :-
i. each item's pricing is Freight inclusive - ie freight is FREE. This is a Priority International Airmail service, with a delivery window to the US of 5 to 10 business days. In practice ( aside fom public holidays where increased mail volumes & public holidays lead to inevitable delays) most deliveries occur closer to 5 days than to 10 , especially for major US centers.
ii. ALL ORDERS over $300 in value are insured for your peace of mind, at our expense. For orders UNDER $300 or 12 packs of gum or under, , you may choose to insure your parcel. Again, in practice, we find very very few orders go astray.
iii. if speed is of the essence, you may choose the EMS Service. This is a 2 to 5 business day delivery to the US - someone must be present to accept and sign for the order.
If you order an incorrect product or find you can no longer use a product you have ordered from us, you are welcome to contact us about return of unopened parcels. We reserve the right to apply partials refunds where your returned parcel incurs customs clearance or brokerage costs and in the event of significnat currency exchange rate movements, we reserve the right to make an adjustment to compensate for that as well.
Our servers run on 128 bit SSL encryption trechnology. Additionally, we use an automated online instant card verification charging system. This means that your order and it's charge are processed in just a few seconds and then your credit card details are removed from our server. We do not have access to your full card details at any stage of the process. We believe this system considerably enhances the security of any transactions between us.
Because this is a live system, your card is charged the USD amount shown on your screen - no more, no less, no currency conversion fees etc etc.
